Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

To provide our design and development subscription services, we collect information directly from you when you submit a request, book a call, or subscribe to our plan:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, company name, and contact details.
  • Project Assets: Description of deliverables, files, assets, and design preferences submitted via Trello or Slack.
  • Billing Data: Payment details are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; we only store Stripe customer identifiers for subscription management.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To build, test, and deploy your custom applications and automation scripts.
  • To process billing invoices, handle subscription pauses, and issue renewals.
  • To coordinate project intake pipelines via Trello board queues.
  • To send schedule confirmations, Loom handoff walkthroughs, and check-in updates.

3. Data Security and Sharing

We prioritize client security and enforce the following measures:

  • We do not sell, rent, or distribute client contact details to third-party brokers.
  • Data is shared strictly with platforms necessary to perform our services (Stripe for billing, Trello for board coordination, Cal.com for intake calls, and Firebase Hosting for staging/production deployments).
  • Security rules (e.g. Firebase Firestore rules) are configured to ensure client databases are locked against unauthenticated public access.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Nocodek projects interface with third-party software development APIs (such as OpenAI models, Google APIs, and Stripe integrations). These external systems operate under their own independent privacy policies. Clients should review these third-party privacy guidelines when deploying code in their live staging/production accounts.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to maintain user session states (such as theme preferences) and track anonymous website performance metrics using analytics scripts. You can disable cookies inside your browser settings, though doing so may prevent certain interactive configurations from rendering.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Nocodek reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. We encourage users to periodically check this page for updates.

7. Contact Us

If you have questions about these privacy terms or wish to request the removal of your contact information from our databases, please contact us directly.
